Description
Helping High-Achieving Black Women Flourish Through Career and Life Transitions. You've accomplished a great deal—but lately, success feels heavier than fulfilling. Perhaps you're navigating burnout, questioning your next career move, carrying the weight of leadership, or wondering why everything feels harder than it should. You may be the person everyone depends on while quietly feeling exhausted yourself.
As a licensed Senior Psychological Examiner–Health Service Provider and psychotherapist, I specialize in working with accomplished Black women navigating professional transitions, leadership stress, racialized workplace experiences, burnout, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
Before entering private practice, I served in executive leadership within state government, higher education, and behavioral health systems. That experience allows me to understand not only emotional well being, but also the organizational realities that shape the lives of many professionals. Therapy offers a place where you no longer have to carry that weight alone.
My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in evidence-based practice. Together, we'll explore patterns that no longer serve you, strengthen your capacity for resilience, and help you build a life that reflects your values rather than constant performance. If you're ready to move beyond surviving toward truly flourishing, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
