My ideal client may be wrestling with any number of life challenges such as racism, colorism, anxiety, depression, family/relationship conflicts, and chronic stress leading to emotional and physical exhaustion.
I am licensed in TN as a Senior Psychological Examiner - Health Service Provider. I offer a safe space for individuals, couples, and teens to open up and share their thoughts, anxiety, fears, goals, sadness, etcetera. Therapy is tailored to each client, emphasizing cognitive behavioral and family systems approaches.
