My practice of culturally humble and responsive psychotherapy specializes in reproductive psychology and therapy for BIPOC therapists. I work with postpartum adjustment and mood issues, perinatal anger, anxiety, depression, infertility, trauma survivorship, reproductive trauma & loss, & concerns uniquely experienced by BIPOCs. My theoretical style is collaborative in nature and I use an integrative approach to support patients as they regain their sense of stability and work towards healing and change. From all walks of life, the patients I've worked with have regained their sense of resiliency, embraced new strategies for healing and wellness, and become healthier in the places that felt broken and beyond repair.

I am a licensed and Board Certified counseling psychologist. I offer telehealth in 32 states from Texas, under my APIT authorization (See listing at https://psypact.site-ym.com/page/psypactmap). I'm happy to provide a superbill for your sessions that you may use to seek reimbursement directly from your insurance company.
