Description

You are successful, capable, and used to handling a lot. But it is starting to feel unsustainable. Your mind is always active. You may find it difficult to fully relax, even during downtime. You take on more than you should, then feel the weight of it. You hold yourself to a high standard, and it can be hard to step back without guilt. Over time, this often turns into anxiety, burnout, and a quiet sense of exhaustion.

I specialize in working with high-achieving women who are ready for a more sustainable way of living. Many of the women I work with are navigating anxiety, chronic stress, perfectionism, and over-functioning. These patterns have helped them succeed, but are no longer serving them.

Our work is not rushed. It is a space to slow down, think more clearly, and understand what is driving these patterns at a deeper level. We look at how you relate to responsibility, achievement, and care for others, and how those patterns show up in your daily life.
From there, we begin to shift things in a way that feels intentional. This often includes setting boundaries with more ease, reducing the constant sense of pressure, and creating space for rest, relationships, and parts of your life that have been pushed aside.

If you are looking for a supported way to move forward, I would be glad to connect.

I am licensed in New York and Illinois. I completed my Adult Psychiatry Residency at Columbia University, medical training (MD) at Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth, and I have a B.A. in the Biological Sciences from the University of Chicago.
