My practice is called L.I.F.E (Lessons in Freedom and Empowerment). It is a therapeutic space that helps people gain a deeper understanding of themselves, the relationships they hold and uncover what it means to live their best life. Every individual holds a wealth of personal potential but to tap into that we sometimes need support, encouragement and authenticity in the environment to help it shine though. I work to provide this for each client and have been doing so proudly for over 15 years.
As a sexuality and relationship therapist, I help people explore not only what it means to be relational with others but how to be in a healthy relationship with oneself! I specialize in a variety of areas ranging from mood disorders, depression and anxiety to kink, infidelity, parenting, family strife, and consensual non-monogamy along with many other life experiences. I work with individuals, couples, families, open/poly systems and folx of varying orientations and sexual identities.
While I don't accept insurance, I do offer a sliding fee scale to make therapy as accessible as possible to all who are interested in working with me! And I offer a free 20 minute consultation to my potential clients, so please feel free to reach out to me!
