Description

My doctoral degree is in the field of Counseling Psychology and I have been blessed to provide therapy to clients for the past few years. I provide therapy to people experiencing life transitions, depression, low self-esteem, insecurities, loss, grief, anxiety, relationship issues, sexual and emotional abuse.

I also assist clients in healing unresolved hurts and wounds from childhood to achieve greater self-awareness and navigate life changes. In addition, to providing therapy with clients, I have over 20 years of experience in teaching and counseling students of all ages with career development and exploration.

My therapy approach is primarily the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). The use of CBT techniques and approaches help clients identify unhealthy thinking patterns and core beliefs that affect their ability to maintain healthy, balanced lifestyles. I specialize in helping people of all ages develop the skills needed to maximize their potential and live their best life possible.

I am committed to motivating and inspiring people to exceed their personal limitations and live out their life dreams. My life purpose is to help people to lead extraordinary lives, free of insecurities and perceived imperfections.

My goals in providing therapy with clients is to create a warm comfortable environment that allows a person to work through challenges that cause them to feel stagnated, or stuck, in their personal or professional development. I am a registered Psychological Assistant in the state of California working under the supervision of Dr. Teri Davis, licensed clinical psychologist.
