Specialities: Relational Concerns; Family Conflict; Anxiety

I offer individual, group, and couples therapy for adults. I work with clients who have concerns such as stress management, career concerns, college/graduate school issues, difficulties with self esteem, anxiety, life changes (e.g., grief/loss, health diagnoses), romantic relationship difficulties (e.g., conflict, communication skills, trust repair), family of origin issues (e.g., parent-child dynamic, codependency), body image and disordered eating behaviors, and cultural/identity issues.

I work collaboratively with each client to develop an environment in which they can authentically express themselves, explore their life experiences, and create the change they want in their lives. Together, we identify goals, learn new skills, and bolster existing strengths.

I practice using an integrative approach pulling from interpersonal process, emotion focused, and relational. You will also find me utilizing a feminist, multicultural framework as a way to understand meaningful cultural factors that influence client’s presenting concerns.
