I'm Dr. Donna Oriowo (oreo-whoa!), let me help with what you may be experiencing. As a clinical social worker trained in sex, relationships, and trauma therapy, we can work together to heal and create a life you aren't trying to escape from.
I work with individuals and couples (& those in/exploring poly relationships) to complete sex therapy, individual therapy, and relationship therapy.
In individual therapy we can work together to discover more about you, your sexuality, and how to navigate when you are feeling depressed, anxious, or like your self-esteem is just not where you need it to be. I specialize in helping folk make and heal the connection between colorism, sexuality, and mental health.
With couples, I can help with communication issues, exploration of sex, sexuality, race (interracial couple concerns), and opening/closing your relationship.
