Description

Hey sis, I see you.

You are smart, capable, and maybe tired. The kind of tired that does not always show on the outside. Your mind stays on, your responsibilities stay stacked, and it feels like everyone needs something from you.

At Haven Counseling and Empowerment Services, I provide therapy when life feels heavy and you are carrying a lot. I work primarily with adults and college students who want support with anxiety and overthinking, adult ADHD symptoms, burnout and work stress, identity beyond roles, motherhood and the mental load, and family, friendship, and relationship wounds that still show up in how you think, cope, and move through life.

Therapy here is a pause. A place to breathe, tell the truth, and build practical tools that fit your real life. My approach is integrative, which means I draw from evidence based models like CBT, mindfulness based interventions, strengths based work, and DBT informed skills, depending on what you need and what supports progress. If your faith is important to you, I also offer faith integrated therapy upon request.

I bring both clinical training and lived experience to this work. You can expect a grounded, direct, compassionate space that stays focused on steady progress, not perfection.

If you are ready to show up for yourself, I am here.
