I am a medical family therapist and spin fitness instructor. I have over 20 years of experience combined as an educator, therapist, and fitness instructor. I founded my private practice on the belief that your mental and physical health affects your overall mood and they go hand-in-hand. I provides services to children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples coping with anxiety, depression, stress management, and relational concerns. I have a specialty and research focus on pregnant families and reducing the risk of maternal mortality and morbidity in the African American community.
