Hello! I am Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the states of Georgia & Texas, trained to work with adults with differing degrees of emotional and behavioral issues. I work with Individuals, couples, & families. I believe in taking a holistic approach to counseling, which means viewing the person in their entirety. Whatever the presenting problem, it is part of a bigger picture and is connected to other aspects of the client's life. My goal is to create a positive therapeutic environment, assist you with gaining insight, and collaborate on strategies to overcome the presenting problem. Finding a therapist you feel comfortable with is very important.
I completed my PhD in Counseling at Texas A&M University- Commerce. My approach is based on gaining insight, exploring subconscious motivations, and highlighting the connections between thoughts-feelings-actions and past experiences. My primary office is located in Dallas, TX, with a satellite office in Atlanta, GA. I provide virtual counseling to adult clients throughout the states of Georgia & Texas.
