My counseling and consultation practice recognizes that when it comes to seeking therapy, you may just want more for yourself than what you are experiencing now. Therefore, my goal as a licensed psychologist is to help you name what you are feeling or experiencing, and empower you to find answers, gain insights, and change. This comes from exploration and perspective taking with an informal approach of warmth, gentle directness, and compassion. My practice addresses many concerns but focuses mainly on the following: stress, identity development and exploration, adjustment and major life transitions, relationships, work-life balance, family conflict, depression, and racial trauma.
