Description
The journey to wellness can be rewarding and challenging. I invite you to navigate the transitions and challenges of life in a safe and validating environment for you to speak openly and (re)narrate the story of your life.
I earned my BSFCS in Child and Family Development and Masters of Social Work from the University of Georgia. I attained my Doctorate of Education from the University of Memphis. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been working in the mental health field for 11 years. Throughout my experience, I have worked with children, teenagers, young adults, parents, individuals living with developmental and intellectual disabilities, and minorities. I have extensive experience supporting anxiety & depression, parenting, self-worth, stress management/self-care, life transitions, and trauma/PTSD.
It's important for me that the therapeutic process is safe, collaborative, and a space where my clients can narrate their individual experiences and get relief from the stressors of everyday life. I look forward to working with you to (re)narrate your story.
