Deven Chambers, LPC is a psychotherapist with a unique perspective and approach to therapy based on life experience. I was born and raised in what I consider the heart of Oklahoma, North Tulsa. Yes, one of few locations for the reality drama, The First 48. More impressively, it was home to America's Black Wall Street. I attended THEE Jackson State University. This institution is my Historically Black College/University (HBCU) located in Jackson, Mississippi, where I received my bachelor's degree in Speech Communication Studies.
Mr. Chambers resides in Northwest Arkansas, where he attended the University of Arkansas. He was able to earn a Master's degree in Communication and another in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and decided to open a small private practice to meet the needs of diversity in mental health and advocate for mental health in marginalized communities. As a licensed therapist with privileges to practice in the states of Louisiana, Texas and New Jersey, he has grown to become an advocate for inclusion, and is culturally competent and affirming. He works with all populations, especially those considered diverse and underrepresented, which include but extend far beyond race, class, gender, and sex. His goal is to create a relationship built on trust that will allow us to understand the whole being and all aspects of life, including personal, social, familial, environmental, and institutional.

Dr. Nytasia Hicks is a Licensed Master Social worker with a Ph.D. in Social Science from Miami University. She has received both her Bachelor's and Master of Social Work degrees from Wright State University. She brings over a decade of experience working with individuals navigating life transitions, grief, anxiety, trauma, and identity shifts. Her approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practice, helping clients move from survival mode to intentional living. Whether you're adjusting to a major life change, managing stress, or exploring new purpose, therapy with Dr. Hicks is a safe space to unpack your story and build toward clarity. I bring a warm, practical, and culturally responsive lens to each session, especially for those who feel unseen or underserved in traditional care
settings. Dr. Hicks has worked in VA hospitals, nonprofit clinics, churches, and community spaces-all with one goal: to empower people to live with clarity and courage. Her practice honors your values, experiences, and the strengths you already hold.
