I have a passion for helping others and for the field of psychology as a whole. I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy and soon to be trained in EMDR. I specialize in working with individuals seeking assistance with recovery from traumatic life experiences, I dedicate myself to helping my clients at a pace that is most comfortable and beneficial for each individual person.
I have had the pleasure of helping clients in various clinical settings from elementary to high schools, private practices, a Veteran’s Administration Hospital and a Naval Medical Center working with active duty military service members and veterans. I have also worked with clients working through their recovery from substance abuse and other addictions. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal and Supportive Psychotherapy techniques, as well as Couple's Counseling Services.
