Dr. Catherine Adams is a licensed psychologist who believes you are the driver of your own bus, and her role is to be your co-pilot; meaning she takes a culturally-sensitive and strengths-based approach to support, encourage, and challenge you to accomplish the goals you've set for yourself.
Dr. Adams aims to meet clients where they are and emphasizes collaboration within therapy. As such, she integrates aspects of CBT, trauma-focused, and psychodynamic modalities. She is committed to providing effective mental health services which considers the impact of diverse family, community, and cultural environments on one's ability to navigate difficult life experiences.
