“ In life, the goal is to find happiness and contentment, and at times this can seem elusive. Sometimes we need support to find the right path, and my goal is to provide that support through authentic and meaningful interpersonal engagement.”
My goal as a Psychologist is to help everyone that comes into my office feel that they have been heard, met with compassion, and been given the appropriate tools and support needed to help them on their personal journey. In my over 20 years of experience, I have developed my approach to focus on how the presenting problem is impacting individuals personally, socially, and interpersonally (especially families), and from this to foster a person centered approach to cultivating therapeutic goals. No feeling or situation has to last forever, and once this is truly embraced, the hope that is needed to get through any tough time can be found.
