Life can bring different challenges that can impact how you feel about yourself and others. I believe that having a safe, honest, and validating space will allow you to cultivate the awareness necessary to explore how you want to grow forward. In our work together, I will walk alongside you as you navigate your relationship with yourself and others.
I am a dually licensed marriage and family therapist in both Oklahoma and Kansas (LCMFT) with over 15 years of experience working with individuals, families, and couples. As an out of network provider, superbills are provided for insurance reimbursement. I also accept Loveland Foundation Therapy Fund vouchers.
I believe that change occurs when we are able to be honest and open about our feelings and who we want to be in our relationships with others. I look forward to working with you!
