Description

Life Happens. In the most challenging moments, it helps to have a therapist who is prepared to help you navigate life's challenges with a holistic perspective. I have years of experience helping clients navigate difficult individual, couple and family pressures associated with communication, anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal conflict and grief. At its best, therapy explores the influence of one's mind (thoughts and emotions), body (physical responses) and spirit (sense of meaning and purpose). My approach to therapy is oriented toward the whole self. I journey with clients to discover healthier paths and meaningful life change.

My clinical experiences range broadly from marriage and family therapy practice to college counseling. My specific training includes Adolescents, Family Systems, Crisis and Trauma, College/Career Counseling, and Pastoral Care and Counseling. My clinical training has emphasized the integration of theological and psychological theory into responsible clinical practice.

-- Relationship Issues (Couple, Premarital, Marriage, Co-Parenting)
-- Mood Disorders/Trauma (Depression, Anxiety, Grief/Bereavement)
-- Spirituality/Self-Care (Connectedness, Clergy-care, Identity)
