Description
Dr. Brittany is a licensed clinical social worker certified in addictions. Dr. Brittany has helped many individuals with depression, anxiety, and substance abuse. She utilizes cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, empowerment-based, and strength-based techniques. Dr. Brittany received her BSW and MSW for Florida State University and her Doctor of Social work degree from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
Through a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive approach, individuals will gain insight into their core selves. Dr. Brittany fosters a sense of self-connection through empathy. Individuals can develop a "toolbox" of skills to enhance their lives.
