Hello I am Dr. Rudge, Welcome to The Listening Room, a counseling practice focused on listening to your needs with a skilled and trained therapist licensed by the Deparment of Health. My practice is dedicated to creating a safe space for men/fathers to share their deepest concerns without judgement and the pressures of society.
I empower men/fathers to overcome the anxieties of fatherhood and societal status quos of being accepted as a man. I realized early on in my career that men/fathers often suffer in silence because of the roles they play at home, work and their role as a parent, leaving them out of many conversations about mental health.
I understand this is a problem that needs to be addressed and my practice is committed to creating a trauma informed setting in which men/fathers can discuss their mental health needs while receiving support. So, how can I help?
