Do you feel unseen or unknown? Do you feel discombobulated after a life change? Do you feel stuck in a relational pattern? Do you know you need some help but find it so hard to reach out for it? Life always throws curveballs and I would like to walk with you through the hard times.
I believe that exploring emotions is the key to understanding the distress we are in and moving through a stressful situation. I also believe that creating an honest and trusting therapeutic relationship is necessary for growth and change. If you have a faith you identify with, I believe we can also use it as a major asset in therapy if you choose.
