Founder of Tactful Disruption® | Trauma-Informed Strategist | Business Psychologist

I help high-functioning Black women, teens, and professionals navigate the emotional weight of being “the strong one” while reclaiming their right to rest, regulate, and rise. My work blends trauma-informed care, identity development, and strategic psychoeducation to support clients who think deeply, feel intensely, and carry more than they show.

As a licensed clinical mental health counselor and business psychologist, I specialize in anxiety, ADHD, burnout, and relational trauma—especially within systems that overlook or erase Black women’s experiences. I integrate frameworks like Break G.L.A.S.T. and Reset Loop to help clients name patterns, build emotional flexibility, and disrupt cycles that no longer serve them.

Whether you're navigating career transitions, family dynamics, or simply trying to breathe in a world that demands too much, I offer a space that’s clinically grounded, culturally attuned, and unapologetically affirming.
