Description
I am a clinical psychologist in private practice with more than 25 years of clinical experience working with men and women on issues of vital importance in their daily lives. In addition to seeing people in long- and short-term therapy since 1991, I served for nine years as a clinical psychologist for Kaiser Permanente, working with hundreds of people from all walks of life. I am deeply committed to helping people create the most fulfilling lives possible, as they move through and beyond challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress management, grief, codependence, weight management, relationship issues and low self-esteem. I am offering video, phone and in-person sessions for adults of all ethnicities, gender identities and sexual orientations.
Sometimes we are thrown off our path from early childhood difficulties, or adult challenges such as divorce, trauma, or difficult work situations. I, as a psychologist, work with you to restore your natural capacity for self esteem and healing. I have deep respect for every person I see in psychotherapy. Your process is unique and deserves my complete presence.
