I am a board certified Adult psychiatrist who has experience working with women who experience depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, racial based stress, and trauma.
Too often we are taught that we need to just push through these experiences in order to survive. But there comes a point in our lives when just pushing through is not getting us to next level. My hope is that our work togethers helps you to build a capacity to manage challenges in life and to strengthen the trusting relationships that you have in your life.

I can provide the convenience of combined therapy and medication treatment for some of my therapy clients who have a psychiatric diagnoses that would benefit from medication.
