Hi, my name is Dr. Tyneisha Douglas and I am a Mental Health Therapist. I am also a coach, mentor, and speaker. I am currently licensed as a LCSW. I have been licensed for several years. I have a certification in trauma focused-cognitive behavioral therapy.
I have been working with children, adolescents and families since 2010. I have worked with very diverse populations over her years of practicing. I have experience working within mental health inpatient and outpatient facilities in the state of Alabama and Georgia. My expertise is in providing individual treatment and psychotherapy services to culturally diverse populations diagnosed with Anxiety, Depression, Mood Disorders, and other affective disorders.
My passion is practicing mental health and helping enhance the lives of others through individualized, unique, and life-changing therapy because I believe in meeting people where they are and then improving beyond. I specialize in helping adolescents and adults with challenge such as Anxiety, Depression, Stress Management, and Post Traumatic Stress. I have a special niche for working with women and mothers who are struggling with the many demands of motherhood and womanhood. I also have a special niche for college students or young adults having difficulty transitioning through complicated life events.
