I take an empowerment approach in therapy, seeing the best in those with whom I work. Through compassion and empathy, we’ll work together to capitalize on your strengths. Furthermore, my therapy style takes a healing and holistic care approach: no one should feel like they are simply the worst thing that has ever happened to them.
There are often environmental challenges to people feeling like their best selves – we can address these together.
