My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. Also to guide individuals to change patterns and routines, discover positive and productive communication techniques, and strengthen relationships. Therefore, increasing success at home, school, work, and in their community. I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan. My ultimate goal in counseling is to give my clients hope and the tools to work towards healing what has been negatively affecting their lives.
I have worked in the mental health field for over 10 years in a variety of settings. I have experience working with children, adults, and families in homeless and domestic violence shelters, foster care, schools, and in mental health agencies.
