As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 10 years in case management, I know what it feels like to carry responsibility for others while putting yourself last. In 2020, I made the decision to walk away and fully step into my purpose and in that process, I learned what it truly means to choose me too. Now, I help you do the same and as a Black psychotherapist with a holistic mind-body-spirit approach, I help you slow down, regulate the stress your body has been carrying, and create space to think clearly again. Together, we work on setting boundaries, improving communication, and addressing the real-life systems you’re navigating so you’re not just surviving your thriving.
This is the space where we slow things down and start listening to what your mind, body, and spirit have been trying to communicate through stress, burnout, anxiety, and emotional exhaustion.
