As women, it is natural for us to long for protection, love, friendship and support while concurrently juggling our desires to be heard, seen, and make a profound impact on our lives and the lives of those around us. In a world that can be filled with trauma and grief that can set us on the path to struggle with confidence, saying “no”, and prioritizing self-care, I aim to provide a safe space in which I can help you see yourself for who you are, help you identify your strengths, and give you the tools that make your goals not only practical, but possible.
It is my mission to help you address your concerns and give you the insight necessary to address concerns you aren’t yet aware you have. I provide narrative-focused and solution-focused therapy, pre-marital counseling, couples therapy, and family therapy with a dose of humor that can help you step into each day a little closer to the woman you’ve always wanted to become. Black girls and black women change the world; it would be my pleasure to work with you
