Description
There’s something powerful about rising from the ashes of your pain and being able to use what once broke you as a tool to heal you . The question is , are you ready to do so? Are you ready to accept that good things can happen despite the bad you’ve been shown?
The truth is, overcoming trauma is hard but you don’t have to do it alone. Being kind to yourself can be a new norm. Using your vulnerability as a strength can be your new perspective. Having healthy relationships in your life can happen as long as you’re ready to do the work.
My name is Diandra Alvarez and I am a trauma-informed therapist with a focus on childhood trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety and burnout. I believe therapy to be a collaborative effort between therapist and client while still maintaining a person-centered, strengths-based approach. I am a therapist who believes that your experiences deserve to be acknowledged and that those experiences can be the very thing to strengthen you. It is time to reclaim your happiness.
I’m ready when you are .
