We will discuss what therapeutic modalities best fit your needs. In treatment, I will create a safe space for us to have transformative dialogue. Together, we will identify, improve, and harness your skills to better navigate: life transitions, relationships, trauma, breakups, family concerns, stress/anxiety, work/career issues, thinking patterns, self-esteem, etc. We all have lived experiences that are meaningful. My purpose is to connect with you, and your individual story, as you grow and heal!
