Not only that, your mental health has suffered due to past trauma or stressors, leaving your relationships in shambles, your goals left undone, your mood on a constant rollercoaster, and your needs last on the list. I know this story all too well because I am not afraid to admit, I’ve been where you are. I get it and you’re ready to shift out of it.

I blend my personal experiences with trauma and my professional skillset to support women and mothers to do just this. I am deeply invested in the work that I do with women who are struggling with trauma, intimacy, or motherhood.
