There's this idea that counseling can be scary and intimidating, maybe even a waste of time. Well, I'm here to show you otherwise. As a Licensed Therapist I have over 10 year’s experience helping people meet their goals to become the best version of themselves. I have worked with adults of all ages to tackle obstacles and overcome life’s roadblocks.
During our sessions, we will work together to figure out where you want to be and how to get you there. As a team, we will identify your short and long term goals, conquering them one step at a time. We'll push through barriers hindering your progress, learning to effectively cope with negative emotions faced along the way.
I know during this time it may be hard to believe that you have all the tools necessary to be successful, but you do.
