Description
I first want to welcome you as well as commend you on taking the step to look for support through therapy. It takes a lot of courage to step out of our comfort zones and be vulnerable to a “helping professional.”
My years of experience has centered my focus on teens and family work. It is where I seem to connect the most in relationship to address depression, shifting moods, anxiety, trauma, parent-child relationship issues, self-esteem, and grief/loss. I also enjoy working with adults to address similar issues when we are a good fit for each other as a therapeutic team.
As a Black Girl and Healing Enthusiast, I believe that all have the ability to grow and change. I take a supportive collaborative role in working with you, as I believe that individuals are experts in their own lives. My approach: Being myself. Clients tend to open up when I show up, genuinely me. And when clients open up, it allows us to identify helpful interventions best suited for them.
I’m open to schedule a consultation to answer any questions you may have about services. Currently Accepting HEALTH PLAN OF SAN JOAQUIN and VICTIM OF CRIME.
