My ideal client is trying to process life. My ideal client is ready to "get their hands "messy" and "do the work" while offering tons of self-forgiveness. My ideal client may not even understand why they are apart of the therapeutic process, but shows up and is present throughout. My ideal client may experience varying emotions all at once. Some that may include: being afraid, brave, anxious, ecstatic, depressed, moody, annoyed, & optimistic. With so many variables out of our control in life, my ideal client continues to persevere, & seek prosperity and clarity for what they can control. It's my purpose to unfold this with you.
Processing the hard stuff is not easy. As a child and adolescent therapist, my primary goal is to come alongside you to work through the tough stuff. Caregivers, you're not forgotten. In fact, your expertise is invaluable to the counseling experience. Together, we will not just solve problems, but create a fun, healthy, active and ultimately, healing space.
Empathy! Break-through! Thrive! These may be a handful of words you may desire to have more of in your life and possibly through your child or adolescent. Coming alongside you and your child/adolescent, through the therapeutic process is my absolute joy. I seek real, practical ways from a strength-based approach as we navigate your most sensitive matters. I currently work in a private practice.
