Description
I believe that all of us – no matter who we are – have the resources we need to overcome any challenge. I use a strengths-based and person-centered approach to treatment, which puts you and your unique skills first. Together, we’ll make a plan to help you meet your goals. And I promise you a warm, safe and non-judgmental environment.
I became a therapist to help other people navigate the challenges I’ve experienced in my own life. Over the past fifteen years, I’ve worked with a diverse group of people in a variety of settings, including inpatient, outpatient, substance abuse and mental health agencies. I’m a licensed clinical social worker and licensed alcohol and drug counselor.
I help clients identify their strengths, define their goals, and refine healthy habits for personal growth.
I have helped clients navigate anxiety, depression, self-injurious behavior, grief, substance use disorders, and social and familial conflict. I am skilled at identifying where higher levels of care can be helpful.
You deserve to feel seen, heard and celebrated. I can't wait to work with you!
