Hi, I'm Denise and I'm here to help get you to the life that you envision for yourself. I am a licensed clinical social worker with a lot of experience helping people get unstuck from places in life where they no longer want to be, whether the difficulties are at work, at home, in relationships, or even in their heads. I listen, I support, I encourage, I challenge but most of all I create a safe space where you can share what you need to and we can come up with plan for you to move forward into a better place. There will be laughter, there may be tears, and there will always be understanding and support.
