Denica Gordon-Mandel is a licensed therapist that provides individual and couples therapy, specializing in issues including women’s wellness, body-focused repetitive behaviors, and racial identity & multicultural competency. Denica has built her career around providing therapy to adults and adolescents, treating anxiety disorders, mood disorders, relationship concerns, as well as female maturational transitions such as pregnancy, infertility, menopause, navigating work/life, dating, and partnership issues.

After 8yrs as a psychotherapist, Director Of Women’s Wellness, and the Associate Director of the Cognitive Behavior Therapy Institute at Cognitive Behavior Associates in Beverly Hills, Ms. Gordon-Mandel joined Cognitive Behavior Health Partners in 2020. She also has more than 15 years of work experience in organization positioning for major publicly listed companies and addressing management issues. She now combines this professional corporate background with her psychology expertise to deliver an integrative solutions approach to therapy, helping clients build self-efficacy and resources to live their best lives.
