LIMITED time slots available on Tuesday and Thursdays. If you are the "go to" friend or family member in need of safe, sacred, and strong support we may be a good fit. I am an experienced therapist passionate about assisting clients challenged with grief/loss, feelings of overwhelm, stress/ anxiety, and relationship issues. Through a warm and positive approach my clients gain empowering perspectives and healthy behaviors to hurt less and LIVE more!
