I am a Board Certified Art Therapist and I specialize in engaging individuals in the creative process to activate healing.
No artistic skill or experience is needed to participate in art therapy. I will show you how to use various art materials and demonstrate art-making techniques as needed. Art-making may include drawing, painting, collage, mind-mapping, visual journaling, sewing, photography, creative writing, or working with wood, clay and natural/found objects.
Art therapy can help in alleviating distress related depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, life transitions, work/life balance, confidence, self-care, chronic pain, and personal growth.
