Things seem "off." You can't put your finger on it, but stress is coming at you from all sides. Maybe your relationship isn't where you'd like it to be. Your friendships might feel one-sided. School or work isn't feeling manageable anymore. Most importantly, you're starting to ask tough questions about yourself that you can't answer, or don't want to answer. I believe that one of the most important things in life is how we balance change and acceptance. I'm here to help you along that journey.

I practice with the frameworks of multiculturalism and intersectionality. As a 1st-generation immigrant I understand the importance of both. By using a person-centered mindfulness approach, I'm able to connect you to the present moment and facilitate an environment of awareness.
