Description

My name is Dr. Landon-Freeman and I am excited for the opportunity to work with you. I am a psychologist by training and am skilled to work with Black women recovering from anxiety and trauma stemming from early childhood experiences, sexual assault, and difficult relationships. My therapy style is direct and empathic and I use approaches that can quickly help clients feel better. I will incorporate your cultural background and values into our work to better capture what matters most to you. So whether you've been in therapy before or tried to do it on your own, I promise to provide an opportunity to challenge what's been keeping you stuck. My philosophy is that no one should carry it alone and that you've taken a big step in seeking help. I am looking forward to work with you!
