Hey, I’m Dasha.
I help struggling adults and teens who feel suffocated by their circumstances not want to jump over the edge.
My clients struggle like you do. Despite trying their best, juggling multiple roles, and putting on a brave face for so long, life is hard.
When they first come in, they feel hopeless, believing that their situation won’t get better. They talk about feeling alone and being misunderstood constantly. The sting of rejection feels like a fresh slap. Then, they start asking themselves, “What’s the point in carrying on?”
Somewhere along the line, they began to believe that people would be better off without them and that they have nothing good to offer. So, even getting out of bed in the morning seemed impossible. Then, even showering and preparing meals seemed too hard. The simplest of tasks they could once zoom through seemed to take too much effort. Things that were once enjoyable just became exhausting.
Before they came to see me, they struggled to find the joy in life and a fulfilling future seemed unimaginable. The judgmental comments from others felt crippling. They got used to their own negative thoughts. Eventually, they started to believe the critics. Over time, they felt less confident in their self, were trapped in a cycle of negative self-talk, which bottomed out their self-esteem.
Like my clients, you deserve to be hopeful again. Feeling good about yourself and experiencing excitement about the things you used to are not too much to ask for. If you want to challenge the negative thoughts you tell yourself and grow to love life again, I’d love to help you get there.
Call now. You don’t have to feel alone. I can help.
