Are you an adult seeking help? Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem or relationship issues? Do you feel like things are out of control and you are stuck and unable to move forward? No one teaches you how to navigate through the adversity and challenges in life. It can make adjusting to change difficult and relationships stressful.
I find joy working with teens and adults to build resiliency and manage stress, anxiety, and depression. I provide a safe space to the individuals I serve.
Starting counseling for the first time or again can be scary - let me know what questions I can answer. I provide in person and online counseling to individuals throughout the state of Louisiana. I provide tele therapy in Florida and Texas. My approach and hope for my clients is that they become a better, balanced version of themselves.
