I am a Black woman, poised, equipped, and experienced in serving the mental and emotional health needs of my people and others through compassionate, non-judgmental, effective care. My background includes outpatient/partial hospitalization, EAP, online outpatient mental health therapy, and private practice. I have treated depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, grief and loss, stress, and a host of other issues with personalized, effective strategies designed to better equip clients to respond to their circumstances in a healthier way. I specialize in treating people living with chronic, visible and non-visible illnesses, and I truly believe that change is possible at any age for any person. I thoroughly enjoy the process of therapy and witnessing lasting change take shape in the lives of those I serve, and look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
