I provide a warm and supportive space for members in the LGBTQIA+ community, BIPOC and 1st time therapy goers who struggle with anxiety, life transitions and burn out. Through EMDR, CBT, EFT, and mindfulness, my goal is to help you heal and explore the core limiting beliefs that hold you back, increase self care to defeat burnout and teach you skills to cope with life.
