I am a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor in the state of Maryland and earned my Masters from Towson University. I work with adolescent and adult clients to help them identify their current resources while working to build upon them and establish new coping skills. I focus on the ways in which mental, physical, spiritual, and social aspects intersect and effect client experiences. My approach draws on many theoretical orientations and techniques to help increase client awareness of the social context in which their lives take place and how that impacts their mental well-being. Ultimately, my goal is to create a safe, healing space in which clients feel capable and empowered to make positive changes in their lives.
Therapy is a collaborative process in which clients are the expert in their experience. My role is to help you understand and make sense of those experiences in an empowering way, and I feel privileged to engage in this process with clients.
