Description

"We don't have to do all of it alone. We were never meant to.” -Dr. Brené Brown

When you make the decision to take charge of your mental health and venture into therapy, you want to find a therapist who makes you feel comfortable and encouraged. Someone who will listen, understand, and most importantly - care about your therapeutic growth. People seek therapy for numerous reasons, like depression, trauma, anxiety, life transitions, etc. No matter what brings you to therapy, I would love to assist you throughout the process, to reach your goals.

For over 10 years, I have been a supportive therapist, participating in the growth and fulfillment of countless clients, from children to adults. My clinical approach to your journey would include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Person-Centered therapy.

I am trained in trauma modalities that specifically address traumatic experiences affecting adolescence through adulthood. Additionally, I am trained to address various addictions for teenagers and adults. My specialties include depression, grief and loss, life transitions, self-esteem, trauma, PTSD, anger management, substance abuse, and anxiety.
