Hey, I’m Danielle! A therapist for when you’re tired of being the strong one and just need a space to fall apart a little (or a lot) without judgment.
I work with teens, young adults, and millennial women (Ages 16-40) who are exhausted from always holding it together. The ones who look “fine” on the outside but are overthinking, overwhelmed, and emotionally running on fumes. If you’ve been the strong one for everyone else and are quietly wondering, but who’s there for me?.... you’re in the right place.
I show up as my full self in therapy, and I invite you to do the same. I bring a balance of warmth, humor, and challenge. Our sessions are a mix of curiosity, compassion, and a little "girl, let’s get honest”. We don’t just slap affirmations over anxiety. We explore where it comes from, how it shows up in your body, and why some parts of you are still stuck in survival mode. Then we gently untangle it together. Whether it’s unpacking old narratives, setting boundaries without spiraling, or learning how to sit with your emotions instead of fixing everyone else's. I’m here for it.
We’ll get to know the patterns that no longer serve you, give voice to parts of you that have been silenced or over-functioning, and help you reconnect to your own needs, limits, and truth. You’ll learn to stop spiraling in guilt, show up more fully in your relationships, and most importantly stop abandoning yourself in the process. In our work, we go deeper than just surface-level coping. I help you get to know the different parts of yourself (yes, even the anxious fixer, the overthinker, or the perfectionist), so you can understand why you do what you do and choose new ways that actually feel good and aligned. We’ll slow down, get curious, and find the root of the struggle, not just slap a band-aid on it. Expect a space that’s judgment-free, affirming, and built for you to explore who you are without pressure to perform.
Therapy with me is collaborative, down-to-earth, sometimes funny, and always rooted in helping you show up as your full, messy, evolving self without apology. Therapy with me is also a place to breathe, to be seen, and to gently reclaim the parts of you that have been silenced, overworked, or dismissed for too long.
