Description

Our work together helps you untangle unhelpful patterns --
hyperindependence, people pleasing, dissociation, and childhood trauma symptoms alike -- that keep you feeling stuck in relationships with others and yourself.

We can work together to help you understand why these patterns exist, how they were useful in the past, and what new ways of relating can look and feel like.

With experience supporting survivors of homelessness, domestic violence, sexual violence, human trafficking, and the criminal justice system, I have navigated the complex ways that systemic barriers, trauma, and injustice shape the ways we connect, protect, and care for ourselves. My goal is to help you transition from emotional survival to emotional safety.

When I'm not doing clinical work, I am an avid international traveler, love to garden, and am always in the mood for pound cake.
